What a pig you are for eating so much? You can’t eat yet, you haven’t walked today? You have work this food off? You’re lazy for sitting around like this? You've let yourself go?
Ugh! Not fun...
Because here's what we really want:
Have more energy. Not think about food so much. Take a rest day when you need it. Be more spontaneous. Have a better social life. Have a better relationship with your partner, or start dating if you're single. Sleep better. Be proud of yourself and your body. Simply be happy!
