Women tell me all the time that they have to avoid certain foods because if they don't, they over eat them. They even think that they're addicted to chocolate, ice cream, cookies, brownies or chips...

For a good 6-7 years, this exact scenario happened to me more often than I want to admit. Today, I've completely stopped binge eating.
This is why I created The #10PercentSolution - a program that teaches you how to eat your favorite foods daily if you want, so that they make relatively small percentage of your daily meals. It isn't about calculating the exact percentages but understanding that you can have something sweet every day if you want to, and not binge. So please, don't get caught up on 10 percent exactly - the name of this challenge symbolizes letting go of perfectionism and strict rules, and welcoming flexibilty and imperfection.

I created this challenge because women tell me all the time that they simply can’t have their favorite foods without overdoing them, sometimes even bingeing on them.
And if that’s you too, I get you because I’ve struggled with finding balance with food too. I love chocolate, but I always had two "modes" with it - OFF and ON. I'd either avoid it, or I'd over eat it.
First, I used to under eat. I was running marathons, training hard, eating as little as I could, and avoiding treats. But I always ended up bingeing after a while…
During that time, I developed a serious hormonal imbalance, called Hypothalamic Amenorrhea*. To heal my body, I had to do the exact opposite - eat LOT of food, non stop!
But I took this habit with me even once I was recovered, so kept eating more than I actually needed. I was no longer bingeing like I did before, but I was definitely over eating.
I didn't find my true balance with food, until I finally started really tuning in with my body. I started regularly practicing mindfulness and presence when I was eating. After some time, I found that a piece of chocolate can be enough!
I want to teach you the same tools that helped me.
